Registration

Fees

The registration rates are as in the following tables. All attendees pay a virtual conference fee. In-person participants pay an additional in-person conference fee. In both cases, there are discounted rates for ACM/SIGSAM Members and for students/retirees. The registration rates are in USD. Please note that no cash registration will be possible and that all registrations should be made through the online registration system (see below).

• All kinds of virtual conference fees (paid by all participants) include an electronic copy of the conference proceedings and access to all tutorials:

  	Early (until June 30, 2021)	Late (from July 1, 2021)
  Member	$10	$13
  Non-member	$15	$20
  Student/Retiree	$5	$7

• All kinds of in-person conference fees (paid in addition to the virtual conference fees) include the welcome reception and refreshments (banquet and hotel costs are not included):

  Student/Retiree	$6	$8

  An excursion will be organized and will be free for in-person participants.

Cancellation policy

Cancellations must be submitted in writing by email to issac-loc@pca-pdmi.ru. For the online participants, all cancellations received on or before July 15, 2021, are entitled to a refund, minus a $5 processing fee. For the on-site participants, all cancellations received on or before June 27, 2021, are entitled to a refund, minus a $5 processing fee. No refunds will be given after the respective dates.

 

Local support

Thanks to a grant by the Simons Foundation, a number of slots are available for supporting preferably young researchers and students, but not only, by covering local costs or/and travel. Please apply to issac-loc@pca-pdmi.ru NO LATER THAN JUNE 12, 2021. A notification of those applicants who will be supported will be sent by June 15. Some constraints may apply, notably, travel tickets need to be bought by the organizers. Please inquire for details.

 

Visas

Visa invitations can only be issued from Saint Petersburg. Please find details at https://issac-pdmi.ru/2021/ and inquire via issac-loc@pca-pdmi.ru.

However, visa support letters from ACM may also be useful for some of the participants. Please see the following page for the procedure to request one:
