Fees cover: Attendance at all talks (not including tutorials), 1 banquet ticket (details below), coffee breaks with snacks, the opening reception on Wednesday evening, electronic proceedings on a USB key (printed conference proceedings are available, see below). Lunches and breakfasts are not included. If you register as a SIGSAM member you will need provide your ACM/SIGSAM membership number to complete your registration.

We encourage participants to enroll in SIGSAM the Special Interest Group on Symbolic and Algebraic Manipulation. The discount that we offer for SIGSAM members is equal to the membership cost. To receive the discount you must first join SIGSAM before you begin the ISSAC registration.

The following fees vary for 1, 2 or 3 tutorials on Wednesday June 26th. Coffee breaks and snacks are also included. There is no SIGSAM discount for tutorials. Details on the topics can be found at the tutorials page.

A limited number of rooms, available on a first-come-first-serve basis, at the Northeastern University International Village dormitories are available. These can be paid through the ISSAC registration page. Staying all three nights of the conference (June 26-29) is required and additional nights are possible at the standard rate. The rooms offer a single, private bedroom, and a shared bathroom. See the local information page for more details and other housing options. The regular rate is $85/night, however, the first 30 students will receive a subsidized rate of $50/night for the three nights of the conference only.

Every ISSAC registrant will receive a copy of the proceedings on a USB memory stick. The USB stick will also include the abstracts for the software demonstrations, the abstracts from the poster sessions, as well as handouts for each of the three tutorials. Registrants may also pay $50 per copy to receive a printed copy of the proceedings. To guarantee a copy, requests must be received by the early registration deadline, May 20.

The banquet will be held on the evening of Friday, June 28. Every registration includes admission to the banquet. Extra tickets for guests of ISSAC attendees are $75 each. Please purchase the additional tickets through the ISSAC 2013 registration site.
